About Spark English Center
At Spark English Center, we provide a premium English learning experience designed to help students succeed in both school and life.

This document is an official decision issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training on July 7, 2025, approving the establishment of a foreign language center called Khoi Mach Language Center, operated by SPARK Company.
The center is legally recognized as a continuing education institution and is allowed to operate at its registered address in Thảo Điền (now An Khánh), Ho Chi Minh City. It is permitted to teach English following Vietnam’s 6-level foreign language framework (from basic to advanced levels or equivalent).
The center must follow all government regulations regarding education quality, transparency, operations, and financial management. It is also responsible for maintaining proper records and ensuring compliance with education authorities.
The decision confirms that the center is officially authorized to operate from the date of signing.
